J.P. Cormier

J.P. Cormier is an award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter, guitarist and multi-instrumentalist whose career spans bluegrass, folk, Celtic, country and roots music.

A master player from a young age, J.P. recorded his first album at sixteen and went on to perform across the U.S. festival circuit and at the Grand Ole Opry alongside artists including Waylon Jennings, Marty Stuart, Earl Scruggs and Bill Monroe.

Over the course of his career, he has released a wide-ranging catalogue of albums, earned multiple major awards including 13 East Coast Music Awards and a Canadian Folk Music Award, and become known as one of Canada’s most gifted and versatile performers.
