Kevin acted in RTE TV’s Bridget and Eamonn and was Fr Cave in Fr. Ted (the one on the aeroplane) RTE ONE TV reporter on The Works arts show. Starred in the films Seperation Anxiety, Lift and etc. Wrote and performed in Irish Pictorial Weekly (RTE TV). TV and RADIO for BBC and RTE.
Spoke his written work on Radio: Sunday Miscellany, Arena….Recently acted on The Abbey Stage as part of Fishambles 24 Hour Plays.
Kevin has gigged all over Britain and Ireland and the rest of the known world – from Singapore to Sligo. He’s headlined gigs in Johannesburg and Cape Town and regularly plays all the major comedy festivals in Ireland – Drogheda Comedy Festival, The Electric Picnic, ATN, The Paddy Powers Comedy Festival in the Iveagh Gardens, The Galway Comedy Festival, Kilkenomics and etc. He is a regular at The Edinburgh Comedy Festival.
Kevin has also performed at The Edinburgh festival with his comedy band ‘THE KEVIN GILDEAS’ which received rave reviews:

Kevin regularly performs Improv with The Dublin Comedy Improv – the longest running, and best, Irish Improv group.
He has performed his show Silly Stories and Stand-Up Comedy for Kidz to kids all over Ireland and performs Stand-Up Comedy for childer.
SEÁN BEGLEY
Seán Begley was voted Best New Act at the 2018 Bray Comedy Festival, shortlisted for the RTE/ Ray D’Arcy Stand Up and Be Funny competition in 2019 and was recently crowned a Dublin Story Slam champion.
Seán has performed at the majority of the clubs and festivals around the country such as The Comedy Crunch, The Comedy Cellar, The International Comedy Club, The Laughter Lounge, Bray Comedy Fest, Electric Picnic, Scene and Heard, Galway Comedy Festival, Dalkey Comedy Festival and Dún Laoghaire Comedy Festival.
He has also supported many touring headline acts, notably Reginald D Hunter, Deirdre O Kane, and Steve Hughes.
In addition, he completed a sold-out mini tour of his debut solo show ‘Tragic’. His second solo show, ‘FAUX PA’, played to a considerably larger audience and his new show ‘But I Digress’, is currently in development.
