About the Role
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and consistently elevate customer service standards while ensuring all staff receive comprehensive and ongoing training.
- Ensure all bar staff are proficient in service protocols and fully trained in the operation of the cash till.
Oversee staff rotas to ensure efficient coverage during peak periods.
- Supervise closing procedures to ensure all protocols are strictly followed.
- Manage stock control, including receiving, checking, and appropriate storage of all deliveries.
- Play an integral role in planning and delivering events, private functions, and festivals across our three bars—one of which is a renowned music venue—with a substantial outdoor terrace and beer garden.
Requirements:
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- A strong background in hospitality, with experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail.
