Before Birdsong opens its doors in Cork City, chefs Brian Murray (The Glass Curtain) and Darren Kennedy are bringing a first taste of what’s to come at Birdsong to The White Horse on Sunday, 11th October.
For one day only, Brian, Darren and the team will be cooking out on the terrace, straight from the grill. Expect big flavours, brilliant produce and a relaxed afternoon — a taste of what’s to come at Birdsong.
